Here’s one for the metal pipe lovers – a Falcon with briar Dublin bowl!
Invented just before the Second World War, the Falcon pipe was a revolutionary departure from traditionally pipe design. Featuring an all-aluminum body with a screw-in bowl made of briar or meerschaum, the Falcon promises a lightweight pipe and a cool smoke.
This Falcon is stamped “Falcon” over “Made in England” and has the letters “FDH” printed inside the dimple of the bowl.
The pipe has been cleaned, sanitized and polished and is ready to provide years of smoking companionship to a new pipe steward.
This pipe measures approximately 6″ long. The bowl stands 1-5/8″ tall by 1-1/2″ wide. Chamber bore is 7/8″ in diameter.
